CLCNS is a pro-life organization working to foster, encourage, and assist in the development and passage of legislation that protects and supports human life.

Addendum

In fulfillment of our Mission Statement, Campaign Life Coalition provides research, polling of political candidates, videos, pamphlets, advertising, conferences, pickets, newspaper, media releases and an assortment of newsletters with various audiences in mind. Campaign Life Coalition NS sponsors the Annual Life Chain in Halifax, March for Life and Candle Vigil.

Core Values and Beliefs:

We value respect for, and seek legal protection, of the intrinsic worth of human life at all ages from conception to natural death.
We value the democratic process and believe that legislators, when properly informed and with voter support, will legislate protection for all human life
We value each other, united in our commitment to life.
We are respectful and kind to others, valuing their support, and recognizing it as necessary for effective and timely action.
We value our staff and volunteers and consider the development of their potential as essential to achieving our goals.
We value professionalism and sound business judgment in the management of our affairs.
We seek common ground with other groups and individuals, as we pursue our goals.
We believe that the information we provide must be accurate, well researched, well written, and managed as a strategic resource.
We express our commitment by positively embracing and celebrating life ourselves.
We value the discovery of science as it uncovers the wonder and complexity of God’s creation.

Violence

“ As an organization dedicated to the protection of all human life from the moment of fertilization until natural death, Campaign Life Coalition categorically denounces the use of violence to rid the world of the intrinsic evil of abortion.

Campaign Life Coalition opposes violence directed at the pre-born child within their mothers’ womb through the act of abortion and through abortifacient drugs and devices, CLC opposes any type of violence against those who participate in the act of abortion.

Individuals who participate in any form of such violence betray the pro-life cause because they violate its central principle: that all life is sacred and that every person – born and pre-born is a unique and unrepeatable gift of God.”
