The beginning of life is a value concept not just science. Supports abortion for many
reasons. The courts and not the legislature has decided who pays
for abortion. Over the counter (MAPs) falls under federal
jurisdiction. Thinks the
current criminal code is adequate in response euthanasia. NS government
has been a leader in palliative care. These are the general responses
